Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machine for Cylindrical Battery Cathode and Anode Electrode Welding

This ultrasonic spot welder machine is especially suitable for cylindrical cell single layer electrode foil with battery tab welding, it is suitable for both anode and cathode.
In battery laboratory, it is also suitable for less than 15 layers (4*4mm welding area) of electrode welding for pouch cell.
If used in production for multi-layer welding, we recommend a high-power model.
Features
* The conductibility after welding is good and the resistivity is quite low.
* The welding can be perfectly conducted even if contaminant or oxide exists on the metal surface. Ultrasonic have the function of cleansing.
* Pretreatment is not required for the workpiece. The fusion can be completed without solder and soldering paste, quite economic and convenient.
* The welding time is quite short, fusion can be completed within 0.01~2 seconds.
* The welding head is made of wear-resistant material and with good durability.
