Ultrasonic Spot Welder For Cylindrical Battery Cap Welding
MR-XC-40K is an ultrasonic metal welder for cylindrical cell battery tab to cap welding. It is suitable for cylindrical sodium ion battery and lithium ion battery research and manufacturing.
Equipment Components
The metal welding machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer, mold, pneumatic parts, frame and so on.
Features
* The conductibility after welding is good and the resistivity is quite low.
* The welding can be perfectly conducted even if contaminant or oxide exists on the metal surface. Ultrasonic have the function of cleansing.
* Pretreatment is not required for the workpiece. The fusion can be completed without solder and soldering paste, quite economic and convenient.
* The welding time is quite short, fusion can be completed within 0.01~2 seconds.
* The welding head is made of wear-resistant material and with good durability.
