The MR-GCFK60 grooving and pre-sealing machine is used for supercapacitor top and bottom grooving, and top pre-sealing process, the working process as following:
Product automatically clamp ring sleeve, the capacitor concentric fixed. The motor drives the jacket spindle to rotate at a uniform speed, the servo motor drives the rolling groove cutter to feed, and the servo motor drives the sealing knife to press down and screw the product, so that the product can feed, roll groove and seal under the stable clamping rotation state.
