The MR-TMJ-180C Roll To Roll Continuous Coating Machine is a small roll to roll coating machine for lab research, it is assembled by high precision coating device, suitable for institutions, university and factory pilot scale battery research work.
Features
1. Roll To Roll Continuous Coating Machine is assembled with high-precision modular coating station structure.
2. Maximum operating temperature is 150℃
3. The heating cover digital display temperature control meter has independent high-precision PID temperature control mode, and the heating tube is infrared heating, which effectively guarantees the uniformity of material drying.
4. Precisely adjust the coating gap of the upper blade to control the coating thickness. The adjustable thickness range is 0.01mm-2mm (coating accuracy ±0.002μ).
5. The coating width is 50mm-180mm. The coating width is adjusted by two baffles in the tank. The positive and negative electrode slurry (gluing) can be coated in an unlimited length, and the roll can be automatically wound. (Customer can customize coating width)
6. Stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, coating speed: 2m/min (digital display)
7. The unwinding reel can adjust the knob and screw to change the tension unwinding. The diameter of the spindle is 30MM, and it can clamp 3 inches of tubes.
8. Rewinding reel can be adjusted and mechanically controlled. The diameter of the take-up shaft is 30MM, which can clamp 3 inches of tubes.
