MR-XMQ100 adopt Hydraulic cutter method, mainly used for pouch cell electrode sheet cut for stacking pouch cell battery. Simple operation, small volume and weight, can be used in glove box. This model has max die dimension with 120*100mm, it is mainly suitable for battery research in lab.

Put the electrode sheet into the die-cutting position, and then hold the oil unloading valve handwheel, tighten it in a clockwise direction, and rotate it to the limited position. Pry the hand rocker up and down continuously, when the jack rises and pressurizes, the movable template drives the die-cutting knife group to automatically cut the electrode sheet into shape. Hold the oil unloading valve hand wheel and unscrew the electrode sheet by half a turn counterclockwise. The mold will automatically open and take out the electrode sheet to complete.
