Roll To Roll Pressure Controlled Roller Press Machine MR-DG300-SF is a tiny, less than 6'x6' automatic battery electrode rolling press system with precision digital pressure control. It combines pressure-controlled electric rolling machine with tension-controlled feeding and winding devices to produce electrode rolling and pressing that is completely automatic and up to 75 meters long with a maximum width of 300 mm. It is the ideal instrument for creating prototypes (such as pilot scale research) of new rechargeable battery generations and for rolling electrode sheets under uniform and repeatable circumstances.
