MR-DG300 Pressure Controlled Rolling Machine is a precision electric calendar machine (rolling press) with a high-quality hydraulic pressure controllable system. It can prepare electrode sheets (current collector with the material coated on it) at consistent and repeatable rolling pressure up to 25T.

Application Notes |
To avoid rusting, use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use Apply anti-rust lubricant on the surface of rollers if the machine is unused for a long period of time Never roll materials with hardness > HRC 50 In order to prolong the lifespan of the roller bearings, regular lubrication is recommended Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing to sheet original thickness Clean roller surface for each rolling and Use acetone to clean and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion This rolling machine cannot be used under Ar gas It is not allowed to use any MRBEST product in any hazardous location, especially prohibited from using in Class I environments (flammable gasses & vapor) |
