Application: MR-Lab2000 Single-sided Double-station Glove Box is a high-performance, high-quality closed cycle working system that automatically absorbs water and oxygen molecules to ultimately keep the environment inside the box clean. This system can provide an inert atmosphere environment with O2 and H2O within 1ppm. It is an economical circulation purification system designed to meet customer scientific research and development.

Features

* Closed cycle, the inert gas in the glove box circulates through the circulating fan and purifier to continuously remove water and oxygen;
* Automatically control regeneration, water and oxygen removal materials can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by the program;
* Automatic cleaning, the atmosphere replacement in the glove box is completed through the automatically controlled cleaning valve;
* Box pressure control, the pressure in the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC;
* Control, can be set freely, the system automatically protects when exceeding +/- 12mbar;
* The vacuum pump is automatically controlled and the vacuum pump can be automatically turned on when the system needs it.

Notice	When the gas is circulating, must ensure that the piping of the circulation system is clear and cannot be blocked (if the color of the filter is changed from white to black, the filter should be replaced timely). No corrosive gas in the glove box. It needs to regenerate the column when the moisture and oxygen indicators cannot meet the work requirements. If the corrosive gas is released from inside of glove box.(such as LiPF6 electrolyte), please do not use. you must put the bottle filled with liquid seal. Vacuum pump needs to be checked the oil level and maintain in regular time.
