Top and Side Sealing
The heat is transferred to the seal head (copper) through the resistance heating tube, and the heat conduction effect is used to act on the packaging material (aluminum-laminated film) of the lithium battery. Under a certain pressure, it is heated and softened to a near-molten state to complete the pressing and fusion. And the top and side seals are achieved without changing the mold. Equipment production workflow, confirm that the air switch is turned on, start the power supply, and set the temperature of the upper and lower temperature controllers to the specified value. When the temperature reaches the specified value, turn the switch to automatic, place the battery cell in the sealing position, press the switch, and the equipment can be operated.
Vacuum Standing/ vacuum Diffusion & Degassing
After the injection is completed, the pressure plate is manually closed and fastened to form a closed chamber with the lower chamber (the time can be set). Without opening the Chamber, the air is extracted for the second time to form -70KPa and stop for a period of time (the time can be set). In the same action, the third vacuum is performed to reach a negative pressure state of -95KPa to remove the air in the battery cell; the secondary trapezoidal vacuum method is to avoid a large amount of electrolyte being extracted, and at the same time, the electrolyte can be completely penetrated.


Vacuum Pre-Sealing
Mainly suitable for vacuuming and hot pressing packaging of soft-packaged lithium batteries after electrolyte filling and vacuum standing; The head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves power consumption, improves work efficiency, and saves energy more than similar products; The pressure of the upper and lower heads can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve to achieve different process parameter requirements.
