Product Introduction
Suitable for the battery cell lamination process of traditional batteries and the solid-state battery electrolyte lamination process, which laminates the positive and negative electrode sheets and the separator (solid electrolyte). The two lamination processes are compatible, and switching modes allows you to stack batteries of different modes
Main Features
* Z-shaped automatic stacking, automatic separator tension control;
* The solid-state battery stacking process does not require traditional separators. It is designed to have a workbench specially placed for solid electrolyte and the positive and negative electrode sheets are stacked to form a new process required for solid-state batteries.
* Manual loading of electrode, automatic positioning, robotic hand automatic suction, automatic stacking.
* Photoelectric correction to ensure the uniformity of the separator and electrodes;
* The electrodes are fixedly positioned to ensure high lamination accuracy;
* The number of stacking layer can be controlled automatically according to preset settings;
* Compatible design, battery size change can be achieved by adjusting positioning fixture, large adjustment range.
