The hydraulic balanced electric roller is used for high-precision rolling of battery electrode. The equipment has good horizontal and vertical uniformity in rolling and provides high-quality rolling performance. The equipment is used for roller rolling with the pressure provided by the hydraulic system. It is suitable for occasions where the consistency of rolling force and rolling gap is required to be high. It biggest roller press width is 300mm.

Winding & Unwinding Device: Tension Controlled Feeding and Winding Devices with the electric rolling press machine, which can roll to roll continuous Electrode calendering, suitable for battery electrode roll to roll calendering for pilot scale research work.
