Basic Structure
Machine consists of 5 parts:
Rack part;
Inner chamber part;
Vacuuming and nitrogen filling part;
Electrical control part;
External circulation part;
Working Principle
Each machine can work in a continuous cycle;
Basic Process: open the door and put the battery cell or electrode into the oven, then set the heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen filling time. The system will automatically complete the heating and timed ventilation according to the setting parameters to complete the baking process.
Configuration
* Inner chamber: 3.0mm stainless steel, with reinforcement ribs made of iron square tube material
* Frame: Made of 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled plate, composed of two layers of insulation, with three layers of cotton: aluminum silicate, aluminum foil cotton, and sound insulation cotton
* Hot air system: Each layer is composed of a fan, heating box, air duct, air pipe, etc., which can achieve temperature consistency
* Control system: composed of PLC, touch screen, pressure sensor, high vacuum baffle valve, solid-state relay, temperature controller, solenoid valve group, etc.
* Hardware: including doors, back covers, vacuum tubes and other stamping parts
Machine Features
* Door opening method: single door; elastic double-layer glass door, three-layer pressure detection, with overpressure protection;
* Inner tank sealing ring: silicone rubber O-type sealing ring cast by mold, high temperature and corrosion resistance
* Principle: surround hot air external circulation. Double-layer insulation insulation, the external temperature is not higher than room temperature + 20 degrees;
* Heating structure: O-type external circulation air is adopted, the air is discharged on the left and the air is sucked on the right to achieve temperature consistency;
* High vacuum pneumatic baffle valve, isolated three-layer separate control;
* Touch screen display, automatic cycle automatic control, complete the last step to return to vacuum pressure maintenance; digital display safety temperature;
* It is equipped with a multi-position over-temperature protection temperature control device, which can effectively prevent temperature control safety problems such as temperature runaway, and improve the accuracy of over-temperature protection;
* The control screen adopts touch screen centralized operation, which is convenient to operate and reliable to control. The program controller adopts PLC control, which works stably and reliably;
* The three-layer oven is controlled separately, and the total baking time, cycle time, vacuum time, and drying time can be set separately. After the parameters are set, you can press the automatic button to enter the automatic baking program. When the time reaches the baking time, it will automatically shut down. If the temperature exceeds the safe temperature value, it will automatically alarm and the red indicator light will light up, and the heating will stop automatically, and the alarm information will be displayed on the display screen;
*. Fill the box with dry gas to any set value between -0.1Mpa and -0.02Mpa to automatically stop filling;
* During normal operation, the fault prompt alarm and the cause of the fault can be described on the screen;
* The vacuum tube is anti-corrosive;
* The program interlock prevents gas from flowing between layers

Installation Conditions
* The distance between the front of the oven and the wall shall not be less than 1500mm, and the distance between the left and right sides shall not be less than 500mm. The user shall provide an independent power distribution switch and be responsible for connecting the power supply outside the equipment.
* Installation area conditions (provided by the buyer):
1) Power supply: three-phase four-wire AC 380±38V, frequency: 50±1Hz;

3) Nitrogen source: pressure 0.1~0.2MPA, nitrogen pipeline ¢12 air pipe
