Semi-Auto Electrode Die Cutting Machine for Prismatic Cell Manufacturing
This electrode die-cutting machine is suitable for punching and forming battery electrode sheets (with tabs). It features high speed, minimal burrs, and no powder shedding. The machine processes electrode sheet material in roll form and outputs single electrode sheets. It is equipped with a specialized unwinding device, a drive system, an electrode sheet positioning device, a punching mechanism, a waste collection system, and a waste collection box.
Process Flow
Main Mechanical Components Description
Unwinding Component:
Utilizes an air expansion shaft for quick material replacement. The shaft is equipped with a scale for precise positioning of new electrode sheets. It features an automatic sensing unwinding function, with a delay timer to adjust the unwinding length of the electrode sheet.
Alignment Component:
Before entering the drive platform, the electrode sheet passes through an alignment mechanism. A precision alignment sensor ensures a correction accuracy of ±0.3mm.
Drive Component:
A servo motor drives a precision feeding platform to achieve accurate electrode sheet length control. Two sets of servo-driven pressing plates at the front and rear ensure a flat die-cutting area, improving accuracy.
Secondary Photoelectric Tracking Function:
An imported photoelectric sensor tracks spaced electrode sheets. The position of the secondary sensor can be finely adjusted to ensure that each finished piece remains within tolerance. (Used in spaced electrode sheet machines.)
Die-Cutting Component:
Features a quick-release cylinder clamping system for the cutting die. The die can be finely adjusted in the front, rear, and angular directions. Digital motorized front and rear adjustments reduce setup time and material waste. The die-cutting pressure is electrically adjusted, making the process simple, user-friendly, and efficient, significantly improving production efficiency and product qualification rates.
Main Machine Structure:
The die-cutting section adopts a newly improved six-guide post and dual-servo structure, ensuring more precise cutting pressure and higher efficiency. All pressure adjustments are operated via a computer interface, enhancing user-friendliness and digital control.
Waste Collection Component:
Waste material is directly collected into an adhesive frame.
Conveyor Belt Adjustment Component:
The conveyor belt is guided and restricted by multiple coated rods. It operates in a continuous loop. A two-stage mechanical adjustment system solves the issue of difficult tension control, ensuring smooth operation.
