Semi-Automatic Battery Electrode Stacking Machine for Prismatic Cell Electrodes
This machine is suitable for the stacking process of Prismatic lithium-ion power battery cells, utilizing a Z-shaped stacking method. The separator is unwound by a motor, passing through a tensioning mechanism and an alignment mechanism before being fed into the stacking platform. The robotic mechanism moves left and right, and the suction arm system picks up the positive and negative electrode sheets from the material boxes. After precise positioning on a secondary alignment platform, the electrode sheets are stacked on the stacking platform, while the separator is shifted left and right. The stacking platform has four sets of cutting dies that cross-move to press the electrode sheets tightly. After stacking, the separator is cut, and the cell transfer mechanism removes the finished cell from the stacking platform. Manual tasks such as applying adhesive and removing the cell are carried out, while the automatic stacking for the next cell begins.

Performance Features
* Pressing Die Cushion Mechanism:
The pressing die lifts slightly before retracting, detaching from the electrode sheet to prevent any damage or scratches on the sheet.
* Active Separator Unwinding with Tension Control:
The separator is actively unwound with tension control and full alignment correction, ensuring the separator's precise alignment throughout the process.
* Precise Electrode Sheet Positioning:
Accurate positioning of the electrode sheets ensures precise placement during the stacking process.
* Control of Multiple and Missing Sheets:
Multiple measures effectively control the occurrence of multiple sheets or missing sheets, including the material box blow-off mechanism, separation brushes, and external suction arm systems that shake off the sheets.
* Effective Dust Collection:
Both the material box and the secondary positioning system are equipped with effective dust collection mechanisms.

2. Electrode Sheet Quality:
- No significant powder shedding.
- No noticeable wavy edges.
- Burrs on the vertical electrode sheet direction are less than 15µm.
- Die-cutting error is less than 0.2mm.
3. Incoming Electrode Sheet:
- No significant warping or deformation.
- No noticeable adhesion between electrode sheets.
4. Separator Serpentine Bend Error: ±0.2mm per 1000mm.
