A Hot Roll Press Machine (six-roller continuous rolling press with various speeds) shall be used to form dry supercapacitor/ battery electrodes with metallic materials such as copper, stainless steel, nickel alloy, etc. Three pairs of rolls shall be independently controlled under a pressure of 15T Max.
Main features
* The clearance should be adjusted through the touch screen and controlled by the servo motor.
* The speed ratio of the upper and lower rollers should be adjustable.
* Roller temperature should be adjusted independently with digital display value.
* Each rotation of the groove shall send the same volume of powder material into the hopper.
