The jet mill shall grinds with a high-speed jet of compressed air or inert gas to collide the particles with each other. Features

 

 

The material is fed quantitatively through the feeding device and carried by compressed air into the grinding chamber. Once inside the chamber, the material is driven by a specific supersonic airflow, forming a regulated flow pattern. This causes the particles to collide and shear against each other, as well as impact and rub against the chamber wall and the upper and lower covers, achieving the purpose of pulverization.

During the grinding process, particles of different sizes experience varying centrifugal forces due to the rotating airflow. Coarse particles, subject to greater centrifugal force than the centripetal airflow, are thrown to the periphery and continue to be ground. Particles that meet the required fineness are carried by the centripetal airflow toward the discharge port, then enter the particle classification unit or directly enter the cyclone separator for gas-solid separation to obtain the final product.

The exhaust air is then sent through pipes into the dust collector. After collecting any remaining material, the purified air is discharged.
