Aluminum-Laminated Composite Film (referred to as "aluminum-Laminated Film") is a composite material composed of an outer Nylon Layer (ON layer), a middle Aluminum Foil Layer (AL layer), and an Inner Heat Sealing Layer (CPP or PP). They are bonded by pressure bonding with adhesive.
Aluminum-Laminated Film has the advantages of light weight, thin thickness, and flexible appearance design, and has been widely used in many fields such as 3C Consumer Electronics, Power Batteries, and Energy Storage.

Aluminum Laminated Film Technical Requirements
* Barrier properties (such as moisture and oxygen) are 10,000 times higher than those of ordinary aluminum-plastic composite films
* The service life is the same as the inventory and service life of the product.
* Good puncture resistance: Prevent the burrs of the electrode from puncturing the aluminum foil, causing the battery to be short-circuited and scrapped
* Has good stability against electrolyte: It can effectively inhibit the swelling, dissolution, penetration, absorption and electrochemical reaction of the internal electrolyte:

The surface ON layer (Nylon Layer) is a decorative ON layer and also protects the AL layer from scratches.
The middle layer is Aluminum Foil, which can prevent the penetration of water vapor from the outside of the battery and prevent the leakage of internal electrolyte.
The inner heat sealing layer is mostly made of Polyethylene or Polypropylene, which plays a sealing and bonding role.
