Electrolyte Filling Machine for Prismatic Cell
1. The equipment is suitable for electrolyte filling in Prismatic lithium-ion batteries. It can handle both primary and secondary electrolyte filling processes.
2. Manually scan and weigh the unfilled batteries before placing them in the fixture. The machine then automatically performs the filling process, including high and low-pressure cycles. Afterward, manual removes the battery from the fixture and performs additional electrolyte filling, followed by scanning and weighing.
3. The equipment features a glove-box style enclosure. All operational processes take place within this sealed chamber, which is connected to a dry gas supply. The sealed chamber maintains a positive internal pressure during operation to ensure that internal gases may leak out, but external gases cannot enter.
