Battery Electrolyte Filling Machine is suitable for the process of injection the electrolyte (lithium hexafluorophosphate etc.) into the battery according the required amount, which is divided into Primary injection and Secondary injection.
Suitable for electrolyte filling and absorption in aluminum-case prismatic batteries.
2. Battery Electrolyte Filling Machine Process Flow
Manually place the prismatic cell battery into the fixture → Start the equipment → The liquid storage cup presses down to contact the battery's filling nozzle → The sealing ejector rod opens while vacuuming begins → Once the vacuum is reached, the sealing ejector rod seals → The liquid storage cup starts filling → After filling is complete, the sealing ejector rod opens and enters the battery → Seal the filling port → Alternate vacuum and nitrogen until all electrolyte in the liquid storage cup is absorbed → Open the absorption chamber → The absorption chamber retracts → Manually remove the filled battery.
